All digital scrapbooking images offered for sale or free by Scrapbooks Paper & Things are copyrighted by the individual designers and are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless permission is granted by the respective designers. They may not be reproduced for sale or redistributed in any way. No commercial use is allowed without express permission from the respective designers.

Terms of Use:

By downloading kits from Scrapbooks Paper & Things you agree to the terms of use as specified by each of the designers. Please ensure that you read each of the designers Terms of Use information supplied with each kit.

Scrapbooks Paper & Things is not responsible to any individual, organisation or business for the loss and/or damages incurred from the use of the digital designs.


You May:

Use the papers and elements included in this kit in your own personal scrapbook pages and card making. Upload a layout, design or product to an online gallery as long as proper credit is given to to the respective designer and the source from where you obtained it using the format - name of kit, designer, Scrapbooks Paper & Things (where allowed). Submit for publication a layout, design or product as long as proper credit is given to the respective designer. You may modify the colour or size of the papers and elements to suit your requirements. You may make one (1) backup copy.

You May Not:

Rename any designer’s kit kit and call it your own. Modify and/or rename any of the design elements and call them your own. Share this kit by any means including sending files or links to any person, upload files to any site and sharing the link, or compile CD's or DVD's, for the express purpose of sharing. Use any design element of this kit for making items for others in return for compensation. No commercial use is permitted without permission from from the respective designer. Feel free to contact the designer and state your intended use of the designs. All files are a single user license. Do not transfer ownership to another individual. Do not use any of the images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose that is prohibited by law.
Downloads:
You will be able to download your purchase/s once you have completed checkout in the store. In the case of Diect Deposit and Credit Card payments, once the funds have reached our account.
All Digital Kits in the Scrapbooks Paper & Things store are downloadable products available only as zip files. You do not receive a physical product. You will need an unzipping utility to unzip the files. e.g. Winzip for a Windows OS computer or Stuffit for a Macintosh computer.
All downloads will be available for downloading for 7 days from date of checkout and you will have a maximum of 5 attempts at downloading the product. If there are any problems with the downloads please email us at sales@scrapbooks.net.au
 
 CD Burning Service:

 We also offer a CD Burning service particularly for those of you with dial up. The price of the service does not include postage and handling, this is calculated at the checkout. Once the order is received every effort will be made to dispatch the CD as quickly as possible. Scrapbooks Paper & Things accepts no responsibility for loss or damage during postage.
